What is a Fashion Design Home Party?
Designing Diva Fashion Design Home parties are a popular new trend. Girls get to design their own clothes, get a Supermodel Makeover, then model their designs in their very own fashion show on a transportable runway. These parties are touted as ‘project runway’ meets ‘America’s Next Top Model.’

Why do I want to be a Fashion Design Consultant?
As a party consultant, you will have an opportunity to earn money while providing parties at a home or rented location. Parties can be to design a shirt and get a makeover or design a full outfit.

Home fashion design parties are a fun way to earn some extra money, network in your community and keep a flexible schedule for family time. This is a new concept, so you are offering a unique party and your territory opportunities are wide open. And because Designing Diva has retail locations, we offer many special opportunities for party guests to extend their runway experience when visiting one of our malls.

How much money can I earn?
By hosting just two parties a week with an average of 8 girls per party, you could easily earn from $600 - $1,000 month. Parties can be to design a shirt and get a makeover or design a full outfit.

What are the fees for home parties and what percentage do I make from each party?
Our commission structure is very easy and our party prices are straightforward. We have several different packages to choose from. When you book a party, you request that the parent get an RSVP response with clothing sizes for girls that will attend.  You then order the clothing from Diva Distributions in our easy online system. For every party you host, you can earn 30-40% of the party package fee.

Example:
You host a Designing Diva Top Model Party, 8 girls at $50 each for a total of $400. Your commission is $120.

How long should each party last?
A party of 8 girls will typically be about an hour to an hour and a half long, depending on the ‘package’ they choose.

What are my recruiting goals?

At this time, we are not interested in having you recruit people to work under you. We want to offer you an exclusive territory and work with you to help you provide quality fashion design parties for girls.

How will we help you grow your business?
We offer Internet training and ongoing support. We want you to be successful in your business and in carrying out the same level of professionalism and fun we offer through our Designing Diva stores. We also offer our public relations and marketing expertise to help you get great media coverage and publicity in your area.

How do I get started?
You start by completing the Become a Consultant form below. We will contact you to discuss your fashion package, training and the party process. We will then provide you with a consultant agreement. Once we have received your signed agreement and process your kit request, we will provide you with a password to access the training materials and marketing materials to get you started immediately with your new business.
